Detailed Itinerary

Explore the West Rim of the Grand Canyon with aSTRAY!

The trip begins with convenient Strip and Downtown pickups. You will be picked up in a 15 seat transit van or a 24 seat passenger bus with TV display screens, comfortable seats and picture-size windows to enjoy the beauty around you!

Enjoy a light breakfast box before you escape from the city lights and drive on scenic desert roads en route to one of the Seven Industrial Wonders of the World – the Hoover Dam. Here you will take in this industrial marvel and have time for some photos on the O’Callaghan-Tillman Bridge.

Following this wonderful sight, travel through Joshua Tree Forest and arrive to the Grand Canyon West Rim by lunch-time where you will have time to enjoy 3 hours free time exploring the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World!

Enjoy the next stops………

Hualapai Ranch

Here you will find a Grand Canyon take on the old West Town. This includes a Trading Post, Food Hall, Root Beer Saloon, Wagon Rides (dependent on availability) and more!

Eagle Point

From here, view the West Rim’s iconic rock formation, appearing as a bald Eagle, spreading its wings across the grand walls of the canyon. Here you will also find the SKYWALK! This 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extends 70 feet out over the rim of the Grand Canyon. Look below your feet and see right through the glass platform 4,000 feet to the floor of the Canyon. Tickets can be purchased on site for $25.

Guano Point

Here you will have an opportunity to take the short but rewarding Highpoint Hike where you have a 360 degree view of the legendary Colorado River at the bottom of the canyon and peer 8800 ft. across the majestic canyon. You will visit the remnants of a historic tram, discovered in the 1930’s which stretched 8,800 ft. over the canyon, to none other than a Guano Mine.

Lunch is included at a choice of one of three restaurants at the West Rim which has something for everyone!

Depart the West Rim and return to the Fabulous Las Vegas area by 7:00 PM with time left to explore the nightlife in Las Vegas! If you need any insider advice regarding what to do in Vegas, ask your local guide!
